I have been modelling on and off for about 7 years and started going to the gym 5 years ago. I started lifting weights as a way to focus my time on something positive and allow me to have some control on how I looked and felt. I first noticed Glifting through friends who competed in the first show and really wanted to set a goal for myself to enter. This year I stepped on stage for the first time and although it was nerve racking I loved every minute of it. Natalia and her team are amazing and make sure all the girls are happy and looked after. I now plan to complete a PT course and plan to become a exercise referral advisor for people who have health conditions. Glifting Girls is an amazing show and I have also made some friends for life by competing in the show
