EXCHANGES.
Should you wish to exchange an item we will charge you postage to send you your exchanged item. Glifting will not charge you postage for an exchanged item that is replacing an item we sent to you by mistake.
DELIVERY.
Please allow up to seven working days for the receipt of your goods. We will always attempt to dispatch items in stock within 24-48 hours. In the event of a delay in the dispatch of your goods, we will endeavor to contact you.
ALL GOODS SOLD ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
If your item is unavailable, we will endeavor to contact you via phone or e-mail address provided and we will refund your credit card.
PAYMENT
We can only accept personal cheques from UK residents. Personal Cheques must clear before dispatch of goods.
We will not pass on your email address to any other companies.

IMPAIRED/DIFFICULT ACCESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to advise Glifting of any logistical difficulties that may arise when attempting to deliver goods at the time of placing an order. This particularly applies to heavy goods as they are delivered by a large vehicle and require access to the point of delivery. If access is impaired at the point of delivery then the same conditions as CANCELLED orders applies.
DAMAGED GOODS
PLEASE INSPECT GOODS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT AND ADVISE US WITHIN THIS TIME IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED. UNFORTUNATELY OUR CARRIERS CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES REPORTED BEYOND THIS PERIOD OF TIME. GLIFTING DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT BY A THIRD PARTY.
RETURNS
Glifting advises that you send your returned items back to us via some form of recorded delivery to the following address: Quarry Lodge, Woollard, Woollard Lane, BS14 0QS, so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will then be able to claim from the carrier for the goods that were lost. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then Glifting will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.
PRICING ERRORS
If a pricing error has occurred we will contact customers as soon as we are aware of this error. We are under no obligation to sell the product at the error price.
